As a pain-reliever, relaxation technique, and
a workout, Body Rolling is a system unlike any other. This is a
practice of rolling the body over specially designed balls in routines
that follow the body's natural patterns of movement. It's gentle
yet comprehensive self-therapy, empowering you to energize, tone,
and heal yourself. Combining the releasing effect of massage with
the toning effects of exercise, Body Rolling can improve your freedom
of movement and quality of life. For a body therapy practitioner,
this system can provide much-needed relief as well as a resource
for clients. It's a perfect complement to regular massage therapy.
CANINE MASSAGE 4 Hours
Instructor: Greg Robertson M.S., C.M.T.
Prerequisite: none
Whether your pet is suffering from arthritis,
recovering from surgery, or experiencing anxiety, this class will
teach you techniques to help quiet your pet's problems. Thoroughly
learn dog anatomy and how it relates and differs from the human
body. A basic complete massage sequence will be taught with special
emphasis on the hips. Behavioral control, acupressure points, and
common trigger points will be covered. Your assessment skills will
be greatly enhanced and your pet will be thoroughly grateful. Students
must bring a dog to class with them, plus a towel or mat to work
on. If you don't have a dog, ask Student Records for the instructor's
contact information to make other arrangements. A small stool is
helpful if working with a large dog on the floor.
CARPAL TUNNEL 16 Hours
Instructor: Garry Adkins, NCBTMB,C.M.I.
Prerequisite: none
Bring: sheet and large towel
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is a cumulative trauma
disorder where the tendon sheaths inside the wrists press on the
nearby median nerve, causing extreme pain. From hairdressers to
homemakers and carpenters, CTS affects a wide range of people in
many professions. This class will teach you the nature and causes
of the syndrome and methods of prevention. You will also learn specific
treatment techniques for addressing the various symptoms and causes.
Through years of repetitive strain as a massage therapist, the instructor
of this class had painful symptoms that led him on a search for
relief. By using the techniques he learned, he has now completely
eliminated his symptoms.
CHAIR MASSAGE 16 Hours
Instructor: Jonathan Burt
Prerequisite: minimum 12 hands-on classes or previous training, pregnant
women should avoid chair massage
Bring: onsite chair or 2 pillows
Chair massage has proved a valuable business tool
for massage therapists for decades. Pioneered under the title "On-site
Massage," chair massage is a great way to increase clientele
and income. The routines are performed on fully clothed clients
on a special onsite chair or using pillows to modify a standard
chair. Once you've mastered chair massage you can literally market
your skills anywhere! This class consists of a brief history and
demonstration of the technique, followed by extensive hands-on exchange
for students to practice several easy-to-learn chair routines. Students
will find that chair massage is perfect for use in corporate settings,
at salons and spas, and at all sorts of events, on its own or to
draw new clients to their tables. We will also focus on proper body
mechanics for chair massage, marketing tips, and other practicalities.
This class will equip you to really begin using your therapeutic
skills in the marketplace.
ELDER MASSAGE 16 Hours
Instructor: Debra Paternoster, CM
Prerequisite: none
Bring: 4 sheets, hand towel, bath towel
A caring touch can be the difference between joyless
isolation and nurturing care for senior citizens. This class is
about extending the compassionate power of massage to our elderly
neighbors. Students will learn how aging affects the body, and about
the difference myomassologists can make in the emotional and physical
well being of the elderly. The first day of class is dedicated to
the special needs of geriatric patients, discussing issues like
Alzheimer's Disease, lack of mobility, as well as cautions and considerations
for massage. It will cover specific strokes and techniques for geriatric
patients. On the second day students will take a field trip to an
independent living center, where they can discover first-hand (and
hands-on) the benefits of massage on senior volunteers. Elder massage
includes valuable insights for anyone working with senior citizens,
and provides hours of class-time interaction!
ESSENTIAL TORSO TECHNIQUES 16 Hours
Instructor: Larissa Cisaruk, NCTMB, C.T.M., R.S.Pn., C.S.P.
Prerequisite: None
Bring: two sheets, a blanket or beach towel, a small blanket or
chest drape, two pillows and pillowcases, oil or lotion.
Myomassology goes beyond the familiar back rub.
Sometimes treating the whole body means pushing the boundaries of
comfort. This workshop covers the areas that many therapists and
clients are reluctant to acknowledge: the chest, abdomen, and buttocks.
Doubt and unclear boundaries can often obscure the importance of
working on these specific areas. Overlooking their therapeutic significance
is a mistake you can't afford to make.
This class will help students become more comfortable
with giving and receiving full body massage, and the corresponding
appropriate draping protocols in the supine (facing up) and prone
(facing down) positions. The techniques taught are meant to enhance
massage sessions. These skills are useful tools for improving overall
health, attitude, and self awareness. These applications also help
with specific conditions such as headaches, lack of energy, back
pain, and the proverbial pain in the butt. Students will walk away
with the knowledge and experience to treat these areas with care,
respect, and confidence.
Because of the sensitivity of the subject matter
studied in this class, we need to be extra careful with boundaries
and professionalism. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing appropriate
for a massage professional.
FIBROMYALGIA TREATMENT TECHNIQUES 16 Hours
Instructor: Phil Cutrell, C.T.M.I.
Prerequisite: minimum 12 hands-on classes or previous training
Bring: linens and a pillow, sports bra and shorts or light weight,
loose fitting clothing
Fibromyalgia Syndrome (FMS) is one of the fastest
growing health problems in America today. A debilitating chronic
pain illness, FMS attacks the entire musculoskeletal system, coupling
pain with fatigue, stiffness, and sleep disturbances. Conventional
medicine is only recently beginning to recognize and treat Fibromyalgia,
and massage therapy continues to be one of the most effective ways
to address the cycle of pain. This class draws from the works of
Leon Chaitow, D.O. (World renowned Osteopath/Bodyworker) and many
others to examine the facts, research findings, and well-founded
theories regarding FMS. It will provide students with a working
definition and brief history of FMS. We will discuss possible causative
factors, and how to recognize FMS and related conditions. Finally,
the class's hands-on portion offers practical treatment, along with
extensive information that students can pass on to their clients.
Using these tools, you will be able to better help those with FMS,
and educate others about this complicated and difficult illness.
FLOWING BODYWORK 8 Hours
Instructor: Randy Fillion, NCTMB, C.T.M.
Prerequisite: minimum 12 hands-on classes
Bring: 2 flat sheets and a towel
Flowing Bodywork is a class about bringing a whole
person concept into your massage sessions. Rather than working on
"this part" or "that part," a flowing style
will enable you to share a sense of connection with your clients
and allow them to know the same connection within themselves. You
will learn techniques to heighten the sensitivity in your hands,
to improve and expand your intuitive knowing, and attune to your
client's needs. Specific exercises will be given for grounding and
conserving your energy and focusing your intentions. Break out of
a routine and go with the flow!
FOOT REFLEXOLOGY 16 Hours
Instructor: Larissa Cisaruk, NCTMB, C.T.M., R.S.Pn., C.S.P.
Prerequisite: In-class Reflexology recommended, but not required
Bring: sheet, towel, clean feet, markers or pencils (lotion, a pillow,
and a blanket if desired)
One of the most requested skills in massage therapy
today, Reflexology correlates points in the hands and feet to organs,
areas, and systems of the body. Many people are surprised to discover
that a one hour foot reflexology session can actually be as beneficial
as a full body massage. This modality of the healing arts is an
extremely effective way to provide touch in an easily accessible
and non-threatening way.
In this class, the students learn how reflexology
of the feet can ease aches and pains, help prevent illnesses and
maintain health in the whole body. Massage, acupressure points,
self help exercises, and applications, as well as alternative reflexology
techniques are included.
HANDS ON HANDS 16 Hours
Instructor: Larissa Cisaruk, NCTMB, C.T.M., R.S.Pn., C.S.P.
Prerequisite: none
Bring: sheet, hand towel and lotion, markers or coloring pencils
Our hands are constantly at work and taken for
granted. They are our reliable tools, acting as daily workhorses
and powerful instruments of healing. Hands on Hands explores the
proper treatment of our hands. In this workshop we cover basic hand
reflexology, the correlation between specific reflexes of the hands
to organs and parts of the whole body.
Students will also learn massage techniques for
the upper limbs, self-help applications, stretches and exercises,
tips on caring for the hands and how to use them properly to prevent
strain and injury.
It's essential for everyone to learn to preserve
hand function and health, and this class provides the skills to
do so and to benefit others as well.
HOT ROCKS 16 Hours
Instructor: Garry Adkins, NCBTMB, C.M.I.
Prerequisite: minimum 12 hands-on classes or previous training
Bring: sheet & towel
For the spa industry, hot rock therapy is one
of the most popular types of massage offered in the last decade.
This course teaches the use of both hot and cold stones combined
with various bodywork techniques. Designed to benefit the client
as well as the practitioner, therapists find that the stones and
their temperatures do much of the work for them. This course teaches
about the different types of stones used, proper care for your stones,
and contraindications for stone therapy. You will learn a one hour
stone therapy treatment, and how to incorporate the stones with
your own massage techniques.
IMPROVING PALPATION SKILLS 8 hours
Instructor: Garry Adkins, NCBTMB, C.M.I. Prerequisite: 12 hands-on classes or previous training
Bring: sheet & towel
The instructor will share advanced palpatory techniques used to access dysfunction in the body. Students will come away from this class with a systematic and orderly way of evaluating anatomy, using palpation. This class will explore specific bony landmarks and soft tissue structures related to muscle attachments and other structures treated by the massage therapist. Students will develop a heightened awareness of their work through an interdialogue of body through touch.
INFANT MASSAGE 8 Hours
Instructor: Renee Gauthier, L.M.T., C.C.E.
Prerequisite: None
Bring: a baby doll
Babies need touch to live and grow healthy. Infant
massage encourages parent-child bonding, helps with congestion and
colic, strengthens the immune system, and helps regulate sleep patterns,
along with many other benefits. This class enables you to promote
and teach infant massage to parents. It provides step-by-step massage
techniques for infants and children, and procedures for showing
parents how to massage their own children. The class also covers
the added benefits to infants and children with disabilities. Students
will practice hands-on with dolls as parents massage their own infants
in class.
INTRODUCTION TO THE CRANIAL SYSTEM 16 Hours
Instructor: Irene Gauthier, C.T.M.I., NCTMB, and Jennifer Pillow-White,
M.T.
Prerequisite: 12 hands-on classes or previous training
Using pressure no greater than the weight of a
nickel, a CranioSacral Therapist can treat a wide range of medical
problems, from migraine headaches to spastic cerebral palsy. Widely
acclaimed for its ability to bolster the body's resistance to disease
and its effectiveness on pain and dysfunction, CranioSacral Therapy
is a gentle but powerful type of work that focuses on the movement
of the fluids around the brain and spinal cord. Based on the work
and teachings of Dr. John Upledger, D.O., these techniques are designed
to release bony and fascial restrictions in the body that are caused
by physical, emotional, or mental trauma. This class is designed
to prepare students to take the CranioSacral Therapy 1 course offered
by The Upledger Institute. It will introduce students to concepts
behind CranioSacral Therapy, and the anatomy and physiology of the
Cranial System. Students will have the opportunity to assess the
CranioSacral rhythm and learn selected techniques for treating the
adult client.
KAHI LOA 8 Hours
Instructor: Lynne Volker, CM, APP
Prerequisite: 12 hands-on classes or previous training
Bring: a sheet and wear loose fitting clothing
Kahi Loa is the traditional bodywork and healing
art of the Kahili family of Kauai, Hawaii. Rich in symbolism and
metaphysics, Kahi Loa provides the practitioner with a philosophy
on illness, health, and life. It uses elemental energies to inspire
specific strokes, and focuses on the body's largest organ: the skin,
to promote the free flow of energy throughout the body. Skin massage
of this type also promotes deep relaxation, the elimination of waste,
and releases endorphins, the body's natural "feel good"
chemicals. Students will learn about the philosophy behind this
ancient healing system, and the seven basic strokes of this work.
We will also practice a Kahi Loa session along with many variations
to tailor its use, and discuss how the practitioner can prepare
for a more effective session.
LABOR MASSAGE 8 Hours
Instructor: Renee Gauthier, L.M.T., C.C.E.
Prerequisite: Pre-natal Massage
Bring: sheet, towel, pillows
This course will prepare you to assist in making
the birthing process a more comfortable experience for your clients.
You will learn about all stages of labor and how to work with a
woman to facilitate the process. You will also view films of various
births in a hospital setting, a birthing center and a home birth.
Class will include discussion and hands-on techniques
of how to help turn a breech baby, or prevent a posterior back labor
and how to open the pelvis to facilitate labor. Helpful essential
oils, herbs, accupressure and reflexology points are explained.
Preventing the use of epidural medications with natural pain relief
methods and episiotomy prevention is addressed. The concept of making
birth a normal process versus a medical intervention is stressed.
LYMPATIC DRAINAGE 16 Hours
Instructor: Rob Kelly, NCTMB Prerequisite: 12 hands-on classes or previous training
Bring: sheet and towel
Lymphatic drainage is a gentle, rythmic bodywork technique used to encourage the flow of fluid out of the tissue and into the lymphatic system. Stagnant or limited lymphatic flow can be a factor in many disease processes. Some of the benefits of lymphatic drainage are pain relief, decreased edema, increased ability to heal and deep relaxation. The class will include anatomy and physiology of the lymphatic system, indications and contraindications to lymphatic drainage, lymphatic drainage techniques, and a general protocol for lymphatic drainage for the whole body.
INTRODUCTION TO MYOFASCIAL RELEASE 16 Hours
Instructor: Teresa Stayer, P.T.
Minimum 12 hands-on classes or previous training
Bring: sheet and towel, wear 2 piece bathing suit or sport bra with
back hook and shorts
Fascia is a tough connective tissue which spreads
throughout the body in a three dimensional web from head to foot.
Scarring, poor posture, inflammatory processes and trauma can change
the integrity of the fascia by producing excessive pressure on pain
sensitive structures (i.e. nerves, blood vessels, muscles etc.).
Since many standardized tests such as x-rays, myelograms, CAT scans
and EMG, do not show fascial restrictions, many clients suffering
from pain and/or loss of motion go undiagnosed. Myofascial
Release has been used to address carpal tunnel syndrome, fibromyalgia,
rheumatoid arthritis, menstrual discomfort, and infertility.
This introductory course is designed to be an exciting hands-on
experience providing a logical/intuitive approach for the evaluation
and treatment of the entire body.
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE II 16 Hours
Instructor: Teresa Stayer, P.T.
Prerequisite: Introduction to Myofascial Release
Bring: sheet and towel, wear 2 piece bathing suit or sport bra with
back hook and shorts
This class offers additional techniques to release
fascia in the cervical thoracic, lumbar pelvic, and cranial regions
as well as a specific pediatric approach. Myofascial Release
Part II focuses on sensitive areas of the neck, face, and chest,
helping alleviate sinus problems, chronic headaches, and promoting
easy breathing. It will also expand upon the methods covered
in the introductory course for eliminating pain and restoring function
to the muscles and systems of the body. The abilities gained
in the introductory course will be expanded upon to help you improve
your logical/intuitive abilities and confidence.
POLISHING YOUR SKILLS 8 Hours
Instructor: Larissa Cisaruk, NCTMB, C.T.M., R.S.Pn., C.S.P.
Prerequisite: 35 hands-on classes
Bring: two sheets, a pillowcase, a towel, oil and/or lotion, and
anything else you need. Wear clothes suitable for working in clinic.
Becoming a successful Myomassologist takes more
than excellent technique, a thorough knowledge of anatomy, and studying
various hands-on modalities. Polishing is a class for people who
have mastered the basics and would like to refine their applications.
Students will have an opportunity to perform, receive, and critique
massage in collaboration with other experienced students. The class
covers the fine-tuning and details of a professional massage experience
including responsibility, common client complaints, tailoring your
work, focus, timing, proper beginning, continuity, and closure.
This workshop is highly recommended for students
who are open to critique, and are interested in developing confidence,
poise, and awareness. It prepares the participant for professional
practice. The task of polishing our skills is an ongoing lifelong
process, never really finished.
Dress as if you were going to work in the clinic.
POSITIONAL RELEASE 8 Hours
Instructor: Don Carpenter, D.C.
Prerequisite: 12 hands-on classes or prior training
Positional Release is a technique used when a
tender point is found. This tenderness may be decreased or even
eliminated by either lengthening or shortening the involved muscle.
It is believed that changing the muscle's length influences (re-sets)
the involved proprioceptors and that when the proprioceptors are
sending correct information to the central nervous system, the point
is no longer tender.
This is a hands on class. Due to the positional
changes involved, it is suggested that students wear loose comfortable
clothing. Time will be spent explaining physiology, demonstrating
the technique and practicing. It will be helpful for the students
to have a working knowledge of trigger points and muscular anatomy
- particularly the muscles action and antagonists.
PRE-NATAL MASSAGE 16 Hours
Instructor: Renee Gauthier, L.M.T., C.C.E.
Prerequisite: 12 hands-on classes
Bring: sheet, 2 large bath towels, 3 pillows, unscented oil
This class will incorporate discussion of the
physiological and emotional components of a woman's pregnancy, growth
of the child; and hands-on practice of massage techniques for expecting
mothers. The lecture portion of this class covers development of
the fetus and common symptoms and discomforts during the 3 trimesters
of pregnancy. Suggestions for natural relief of pains and discomforts
(nausea, backache, sore feet) include helpful herbs and essential
oils. The importance of proper nutrition is emphasized.
Exercises to prepare for labor and suggestions
to make Mom comfortable during pregnancy are covered. A birth film
is shown. Hands-on learning will include step by step massage techniques
and positioning for pregnant women. Acupressure and reflexology
points are explained.
SIDE-LYING MASSAGE 16 Hours
Instructor: Larissa Cisaruk, NCTMB, C.T.M., R.S.Pn., C.S.P.
Prerequisite: none
Side-lying position accommodates all ages, shapes,
and sizes. Besides the obvious advantages for pregnant women, side-lying
massage is often necessary or preferred due to age considerations,
disabilities, or for anyone uncomfortable in the prone and supine
positions. Some applications are most effective when done on a side-lying
client, and several actually require this approach. This class will
give you the confidence to use this safe and nurturing position.
It provides a complete protocol for side position that covers the
full body and offers techniques that are especially useful for babies,
children, pregnant women, the elderly, claustrophobics, and overweight
people. People with neck and shoulder problems, heart conditions,
pacemakers, sensitive breasts or abdomen, or recent surgery also
need to lie on their sides. Side-lying massage allows the therapist
access to the entire shoulder area front and back, as well as the
hip and lower back.
SPA TREATMENTS 8 Hours
Instructor: Debra Paternoster, CM
Prerequisite: none
Bring: 2 bath towels
The Spa tradition dates back to Greco-Roman culture,
and today modern Spas comprise a multi-million dollar industry.
While some customers prefer the traditional ancient water therapies
offered in modern spas, many spa-goers favor body treatments and
massage for relaxation and revitalization. Spa Body Treatments will
demonstrate three of the most popular of these body techniques:
Seaweed Body Wrap, Herbal Body Wrap, and Sea Salt Buff. These three
techniques cover a range of benefits from exfoliating to conditioning
the skin, and relaxing or invigorating the recipient. Students will
have a chance to practice and experience these treatments on their
arms in class, and will receive body treatment supplies for home
practice. The class will also cover the history of spas, types of
spas, spa industry trends, and spa management opportunities that
are widely available to Myomassologists. Everyone is welcome and
encouraged to take the Spa Treatments class, but students may wish
to keep in mind that the spa industry offers limited career opportunities
for men.
SPORTS MASSAGE I 16 Hours
Instructor: Rob Kelly, NCTMB
Prerequisite: 12 hands-on classes or previous training
Bring: wear loose fitting clothing
Students will learn how to best work at an athletic
event doing pre-event warm-up massage, and post-event cool-down
techniques. Learning to work with the strengths and weaknesses of
athletes, many types of competitive sports and activities will be
discussed. The class will cover the basics of massage techniques
for athletes, applying cryotherapy, physical assessments and corrections
and muscle dysfunctions. Learn to detect signs of overuse, cycles
of injury and the anatomy of muscular contractions.
SPORTS MASSAGE II 16 Hours
Instructor: Rob Kelly, NCTMB
Prerequisite: Sports Massage I
Sports Massage II focuses on working with athletes
on a maintenance level. Students will learn about facilitating core
releases to give the athlete more energy to do their sport; stretching
techniques; Osseo-muscle-tendon testing; spinal assessment and corrections
using muscular contractions; self-help techniques; and a double
handed routine to double depth and pressure.
STRETCHING 8 Hours
Instructor: Michael Rice, NCTMB, C.T.M.
Prerequisite: knowledge of muscle names and locations helpful
Bring: wear loose, comfortable clothing
Most people don't dedicate much time to stretching.
Most people who do stretch do it wrong. The bouncing and pulling
actions associated with most common stretching routines cause the
muscles to recoil and contract defensively. There's a better way.
Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) is a tool for improving athletic
performance and unlocking the body's ability to heal. You can use
these techniques on yourself or your clients, on the floor or on
the table. AIS is the best way to achieve a quick, complete, and
isolated stretch, relaxing the body and offering profound therapeutic
possibilities. AIS is essential for those with a history of back
and neck problems, pelvic distortions, sciatica, carpal tunnel,
worksite stress etc. Athletes and their therapists will find that
AIS offers the optimal stretching method, allowing the body to prevent
injuries and maximize performance, power, and agility while actually
improving muscle tone and strength. You will need to obtain a copy
of the book, Active Isolated Stretching by Aaron Mattes, for use
in class and your personal use. The book contains step-by-step instructions
and color pictures for each stretch we will do in class.
TOUCH FOR HEALTH 16 Hours
Instructor: Irene Gauthier, C.T.M.I., NCTMB
Prerequisite: none
Living in a culture with a pill for everything
but few answers can be frustrating, costly, and ultimately disappointing.
There are practical tools for better health, enabling people to
reclaim mastery over their bodies and minds. Touch for Health is
one such tool, synthesizing chiropractic, alternative health care,
and Eastern healing methods to restore natural energies and unlock
the body's healing ability. It uses acupressure, touch, and massage
to improve muscle balance for better posture, and to reduce physical
and mental pain and tension. The methods this class teaches are
simple to learn and use: applied kinesiology (muscle testing) provides
a diagnostic tool, giving clues as to where an imbalance or muscle
weakness is located. With Touch for Health, we are able to repair
or reverse the problem by restoring energy to the muscle, affecting
related organs and systems, and allowing hormonal production and
waste disposal to normalize. The result is a more chemically and
psychologically balanced, healthier person.
TRIGGER POINT THERAPY
Low back and lower extremities 16 Hours
Instructor: Phil Cutrell, C.T.M.I.
Prerequisite: 12 hands-on classes or previous training
Bring: linens and a pillow, sports bra and shorts or light weight,
loose fitting clothing
Chronic pain: no one deserves it; no one should
have to tolerate it. In many cases, the silent cause of chronic
pain is a Trigger Point (TP). Trigger points are small areas where
muscles involuntarily contract and remain contracted, causing muscle
tightness, pain, and buildup of metabolic waste. They have the ability
to cause loss of function, pain, and other phenomena in soft tissues
and internal organs. This class consists of lecture, discussion,
and hands-on portions, drawing from the research and experience
of Dr. Janet Travell (Trigger Point Therapy), Bonnie Prudden (Myotherapy)
and Paul St. John (Neuromuscular Therapy) to teach you a specific,
highly effective treatment protocol for Trigger Points. Students
will learn to evaluate one another for Trigger Points and treat
tension, pain, and dysfunction in the following areas: low back;
hip, thigh, and knee; sacrum/sacroiliac; ankle and foot, and Piriformis
Syndrome/Sciatica. You will receive a TP workbook for classroom
study and future reference.
TRIGGER POINT THERAPY
Head, Neck, Shoulders and Upper Extremities 16 Hours
Instructor: Phil Cutrell, C.T.M.I.
Prerequisite: 12 hands-on classes or previous training
Bring: linens and a pillow, sports bra and shorts or light weight,
loose fitting clothing
Millions of people struggle daily with headaches,
TMJ, vertigo, upper back or neck pain, and carpal tunnel pain. Often,
the key to the pain is a tiny Trigger Point (TP). Trigger Points
occur in areas where the muscle involuntarily contracts, causing
muscle tension, pain, and the accumulation of waste material. They
have the ability to cause loss of function, pain, and other phenomena
in soft tissues and internal organs. This class consists of lecture,
discussion, and hands-on portions, drawing from the research and
experience of Dr. Janet Travell (Trigger Point Therapy), Bonnie
Prudden (Myotherapy) and Paul St. John (Neuromuscular Therapy) to
teach you a specific, highly effective treatment protocol for Trigger
Points. Students will learn to evaluate and address TP problems
in the upper extremities. You will receive a TP workbook for classroom
study and future reference.
